Matt is amazing. He walked us through every detail, he stood up for us when the buyers tried to do weird things and gave great advice. The sellers agent forgot to get the deed signed prior to closing and asked us for the key back. Matt didn't even bother asking us if we would give it back, he knew after driving 1100 miles and with a 4 year old wanting to live in her new house there was just no way. I would highly recommend Matt as an agent.

While I have long known of Matt's success as an agent, I initially gave serious thought to listing my home on my own. I am SO GRATEFUL I chose not to go that route! Wow! Is really all I can say - after a not so pleasant first try at selling our home, we lucked out with getting a dream realtor in Matt. He came to our first meeting well prepared, energetic and eager to get our house sold. Personalized advertisements, a comparative market analysis and a sales strategy were all presented to us in less than 48 hours after our first meeting. He showed me how he makes the best use of current technology - websites, QR codes to help advertise the house and use of programs to design flyers. Although the above-listed items made Matt an outstanding realtor, his personalized attention to our family made working with him priceless. Working full time and being the mom to 3 children - two of which are twin infants, left little time to do much more than keep the house organized for open houses and showings. The first night I met Matt, he spoke of how he went above and beyond to help his clients. True to his word, he showed up the next night with flowers, potting soil and gardening tools to add some curb appeal. He pulled in the drive way right as I was opening the front door with my 5 year old son and a baby in each arm. While I got the babies ready for bed, Matt rolled up his sleeves and got to work planting flowers - even taking my son outside with him to entertain and help! Communication with Matt was a breeze - phone calls, emails, or texts - whatever was needed. This was especially nice as an offer was made on the house. That offer I should mention, came within a week of working with Matt! Matt went out of his way to keep me in the loop on any developments. He also went above and beyond in agreeing to meet me around the city as I prepared for a big move out of state. Matt handled all the details and negotiations with poise and directness. Even after I moved out of state, Matt continued to keep in touch through the closing on the house and immediately mailed post-closing materials to my new home. My only disappointment in working with Matt is that he is not a licensed real estate agent in my new home state! Matt truly was a lifesaver during this real estate transaction and I can't say enough about working with him. If you are are on the fence or just don't know, you are definitely in good hands working with Matt Ford. Thanks again Matt!!

Matt was very helpful explaining the differences in the multiple offers we received on our house. He smoothly handled the closing process for us as we were already moved out of state.
